Veremalua Vugakoto tied the knot just days before the team departure for Japan.
Fiji One News caught up with the 22 year-old hooker, who has put his honeymoon on hold for the Rugby World Cup.
First things first, Veremalua Vugakoto taking care of a life long commitment before leaving for the RWC in Japan. Close friends and families coming together to witness Vugakoto say I do at the end of the Flying Fijians RWC campaign on home soil.
The soft spoken 22 year old says, his wedding was the icing on the cake following his selection into the 31 member Flying Fijian RWC squad.
Vugakoto adds sheer hard work and direction towards the right pathway by local coaches paid off for him, earning a spot in the team.
Like every one else in his team, Vugakoto is counting on the support from home during RWC tournament in Japan.
Meanwhile the Flying Fijians first pool clash with the Wallabies will be at 4:45pm on Saturday.
