Vodafone today launched Fiji’s first Artificial Intelligence powered chat-bot.
This was revealed by the Company’s Chief Commercial Officer Ronald Prasad during the launch of this new technology in Suva today.
This technology will allow vodafone’s customer service call center 10% of extra time to address more complex issues faced by their customers.
Prasad says there is a lot of opportunities in the country to utilize this new innovation.
This new digital assistant is called ‘Joe’ and is powered by some of the world’s best Artificial Intelligence,machine learning and cloud technology and provides not just static FAQ based responses but dynamic information like number status and account balances. It also understands customers intention and responds accordingly.
