The first-ever Niu Pawa Festival held last Saturday at the My Suva Park organized by 350 Fiji was  hailed a Success.

With the Festivals main aim of engaging, educating, empowering and inspiring young people in becoming agents of change in their individual lives, homes and communities on the fight against our climate crisis.

350 Regional Campaigner-Joseph Sikulu says in the Pacific its about building Resilience on how we can adapt and live with changing climate and ensuring we continue to Empower our Own people.

Sikulu also spoke of the soon to be released song by them titled Rooted which speaks on standing together and to be rotted on who we are.

He added as a global movement he  hopes we are able to build a Global community on solidarity on this very serious issues.

There is also a 350 Pacific Team that is currently part of the 2019 United Nations Climate Action Summit held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York this week.

There are currently 25 Active members of 350 Fiji and about 5,000 Volunteers across the Asia -Pacific Region.
