By the end of next year, RB Patel will stop selling or using plastic bags.
This was confirmed by the Fijian Holdings Limited group chief executive officer Nouzab Fareed.

It’s soon to be developed FHL Tower in McGreggor Road, will be a completely green building – to reduce or eliminate any environmentally negative impacts.
The official groundbreaking of the 17 storey building will take place before the end of September.
And by the end of next year, RB Patel will stop using or selling plastics.
Neither will any of its subsidiaries sell plastics at all, after 12 or 18 months.
The company recently announced that one of its subsidiary companies, Merchant Fiance Limited, will offer green financing which will be introduced within the next 6 to 12 months.
Pacific Cement Limited will also be relocated, which will cost the company approximately $15 to 20 million.
