High Court Judge Justice Salesi Temo will deliver his judgement later this morning.
This comes after all three assessors returned with mixed opinions on the case of an 87-year-old man charged for the rape of a 11-year-old girl in Nakasi.
The first assessor found the man not guilty on all the three counts.
The second assessor found the man guilty of a count each of rape and sexual assault but not guilty for the other count of rape.
The third assessor found the man guilty on the two counts of rape and not guilty of sexual assault.
The man is charged with two counts of rape and a count of sexual assault.
The alleged incident occurred between April and May 2016 in Nakasi.
