The Pulse Energy Highlanders will be bringing their full squad for their Super Rugby Clash against the Gallagher Chiefs in Suva, next month.
The team has set out a schedule of activities to do in the country prior to the game.
Known for featuring Fijian rugby powerhouse names such as Aisea Tuilevu, Manasa Bari, the late Seru Rabeni and now Waisake Naholo.
The Highlanders team will no longer be the team that Fijians will only get to watch on Television.
Now with just few weeks away from playing here in Suva- the team will be bringing down all their key players.
Team Marketing Manager Amanda Gould says they will be bring their whole squad down for the game.
” We treat our team like one big family and luckily for all local Highlanders fans, we are bring all our players- say like 64 players. So come out in numbers to Suva and cheer us on.”
The team is expected to feature a strong line-up against the Chiefs come game-day.
“We will be powerful backline and most of them are already in the All Blacks squad.”
Apart from the main match…some of the Highlanders players will also be out in the crowd.
Fiji Sports Council CEO and Super Rugby Steering Committee Chairperson, Litiana Loabuka is overwhelmed at the responses they have been receiving so far.
The Highlanders will take on the Chiefs on the 30th of next month at ANZ Stadium
