We see a better and brighter future for Fiji because your Government continues to invest in the education of every Fijian child

With the Government committing $1 billion in the education sector in the 2018/2019 National Budget, the Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama inspired students of Nausori Primary School that received a new double storey classroom block to work hard and do well.

The $843,000 development, which is funded by the Small Grants Scheme under the Office of the Prime Minster, will provide better educational opportunity to the 682 students who study at the school situated close to the Nausori Town.

“When I am surrounded by our schoolchildren, and as we mark another physical sign of the progress that Fiji is making to build a knowledge-based society, I quite literally am able to see the future of our country. And as we see here this afternoon, that future is bright,” Prime Minister Bainimarama said.

The students, teachers, parents and former students turned up in large numbers as the school marked the historic opening.
