The Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama has assured people of Korotari in Labasa that they will soon be able to access their suspending bridge again.

This bridge which is used by 1,200 people in the area, has been closed off to members of the public after it sustained damages during Tropical Cyclone Keni earlier this year.

Mr Bainimarama during his visit to the bridge urged residents present not to worry as repair works will soon commence.

Mr Bainimarama’s two day Northern Tour ended yesterday.
