Digicel today has announced the opening of its new kiosk close to the Rakiraki bus stand.
The new kiosk underpins Digicel’s commitment to providing best value, best service to its customers in the Northern coast town of Viti Levu along the Kings Highwway.
The kiosk enhances Digicel’s brand presence in Rakiraki with its new centrally located outlet which is now more convenient and accessible for customers. An array of services will be offered at the kiosk: sim card sales and registration, recharge sales, Sky Pacific and Unwired services, bill payment and mobile phones sales.
Digicel Fiji Chief Executive Officer, Mike Greig said, “The kiosk is another new development in the country and the opening is timely as our customers have had to travel to Tavua, Ba or Lautoka to get basic services in the past.”
“The customer has always been at the heart of everything we do. Digicel has always introduced path-breaking and innovative concepts in the market that enrich the lives of our customers. The Rakiraki kiosk will provide a one-stop shop experience platform for our customers.”
“The new Rakiraki kiosk shows that we are very focused on providing better value and service to our customers, and to better adapting our business to meet our customers’ needs particularly as they now see us as their ‘data network’.”
