As part of the ongoing drug operations around Fiji, officers are revisiting known drug cultivating areas.
Over the last 48 hours more than 2000 plants believed to be marijuana was uprooted from two separate farms in the Northern and Southern Division.
In Kadavu, officers uprooted more than 1,900 plants from a farm in Lawaki and more than 230 plants from Lavidi farm both in the district of Nakasaleka.
In the North, a team from the Tukavesi Police Station revisited a farm in Cakaudrove known for the cultivation of marijuana and discovered more than 160 plants believed to be marijuana ranging from 1-2meters.
Investigations continue in all three cases, where the search for the owners of the farms continues.
