The Nadi football side is quiet in its campaign in this year’s Vodafone Fiji FACT.
The Jetsetters have been out of competition for some time but continued with their training which is a boost for them.
The Babs Khan coached side after failing in the finals against Rewa 1-0 last year will aim to climb a step up this year.
Looking at the 22-member squad for this tournament, the Jetsetters have a mixture of senior reps and young stars.
With most of their own players Nadi is always a tournament team and if they keep their form with experience players like goalkeeper Vereti Dickson, Ilomotama Jese,William Valentine, Ame Votoniu,Rahul Krishna,Krishna Sami, Josefata Dugucagi, Napolionio Qasevakatini and Rusiate Matererenga with young bloods Afraaz Ali, Patrick Joseph Rupeni Nabici they will be a team to beat.
Making a return for the Nadi side is former Ba, Suva and national defender Krishna Sami who is yet to prove his worth for the Jetsetters.
Nadi is the side that knows how to win, even if they are given half a chance.
They have continued their trend of being slow starters in recent tournaments, but have finished strongly at right end of it.
The Jetsetters will have to loom for an impressive showing from their strike force of Napolioni Qasevakatini, Rusiate Matererenga and Ratu Josevata Dugucagi.
Knowing the competition level during the pool stages, the boys from the Jet Set town will not take any team lightly as they have already been punished by the season newcomers Tavua, who is also grouped with them.
