The National Employment Centre Forum was opened this morning by the Permanent Secretary for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations, Salaseini Daunabuna.

Daunabuna said the ministry aims to get feedback from the employers in relation to activities carried out by NEC during it’s 9 years of operations.

The forum is an opportunity for employers to discuss changes implemented by the ministry regarding the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) between employers and the workers from the centre and also the allowance increase for attaches.

Daunabuna added that the feedback from the Employers is very important as it will help map out the ministry’s objectives for the next financial year.
