Eight members of the RFMF have been aboard Australian Defense Force’s (ADF) HMAS Adelaide during the transit from Sydney to Suva, working alongside their Australian counterparts at sea.

Two ships of the Royal Australian Navy and over 700 personnel from the ADF have arrived in Suva today as a part of Indo-Pacific Endeavour 2018, a major regional engagement exercise.

Indo-Pacific Endeavour 2018 is one of the Australian Defense Force’s most significant regional activities and is centered on joint training and capacity building within the Pacific.

HMA Ships Adelaide and Melbourne will spend three days in Suva, working with Republic of Fiji Military Forces on a range of activities, including disaster assistance planning, multinational naval maneuvers and defense and security training.
