Carpenters Motors hosted and welcomed their 2019 New Year Event!
Last year was a very challenging one and after having just taken over Management of Carpenters Motors – Nicholas Ling is adamant they can increase their 20 percent growth in sales, this time around.
Carpenters Motors 2018 strategy was positioned as an important period of a growth cycle toward 2020.
They aimed at business expansion and made vigorous personnel investments, capital investments and capital investments.
However, they also met challengers along the way.
“Today is an event where we celebrate the New Year but also celebrating with our corporate clients and our valued customers,” he said.
“We would like to thank all our clients for all the support in 2018 for without their support we wouldn’t be able to achieve market leader of new vehicle sales in Fiji where we are currently holding 41 per cent market share.” said General Manager, Nicholas Ling.
Ling said Carpenters Motors is currently working on expanding workshops by opening in more satellite locations to cover up more areas in Fiji.
“We need to make sure that we offer the right solutions to the client, we focus on solution base offering.”
Ling is confident that 2019 will help them to introduce better and more reliable products that contributes to society.
“The highlights will be introducing the new Nissan Terra, mid-size SUV to the Fijian market,” “It has been a long time coming and we have been waiting for Nissan to come with this vehicle model which has taken on a lot of popularity.“Right now we have sold 90 per cent of the Nissan Terra since its arrival beginning of the month.
“This will be one of the products that will compete head to head with some of the mid-size SUV in the market.”
