Water Authority of Fiji customers living along the whole of Nausori, Dilkusha, Tailevu South and the Rewa Deltas will have water supply disruptions to their homes.

This will commence from 6am Sunday morning, January 13th to 6am Monday morning, the 14th of January.

The interruption in supply is a result of commissioning works of the DN375 Trunk Main Duplication Project at Duilomaloma Road near the Waila Treatment Plant.

During the shutdown there will be minimal interruption in the major services such as the hospitals and airport as well as essential services as 30 water carting trucks will be deployed.

Customers are advised to store at least 200 liters of water for drinking and cooking purposes.

More water should be stored for bathing, washing dishes and other purposes.
