In line with the announcement by the Fijian Government on Sunday 25 April 2021 establishing multiple Containment Zones in Fiji, Fiji Airways and Fiji Link announce the following changes regarding international repatriation and domestic Fiji services.
- All international passenger repatriation flights into and out of Fiji have been cancelled until 9 May 2021 (inclusive)
- All domestic passenger flights have been have been cancelled until 9 May 2021 (inclusive)
- Dedicated international freighter services will continue to ensure vital export and import supply chains for Fiji remain intact
We sincerely apologise if your flight has been cancelled as a result of the restrictions now in place in Fiji. The cancellations are beyond the control of both airlines, and are in place in the interest of safety of customers, staff and the general public.
The status of flights beyond 9 May 2021 will be determined and announced later, in line with Fijian Government updates and directives, and announced on the Fiji Airways website and social media pages.
If your travel plans on Fiji Airways and Fiji Link have been impacted by the cancellations, please be assured that your bookings are safe with us. We will hold the amount you have paid for all unused flights in credit for future travel on our airline, and you may utilise this credit to travel anywhere on the Fiji Airways international or Fiji Link domestic network right up until 31 December 2022.
