ABOUT 420KM WEST-NORTHWEST OF LABASA AT 10PM TODAY. CLOSE TO THE CENTRE, THE 10
MINUTE AVERAGE WINDS IS ESTIMATED TO BE ABOUT 95KM/HR WITH MOMENTARY GUSTS TO
130KM/HR. MONA IS MOVING WEST-SOUTHWEST AT ABOUT 15KM/HR.
