Fiji’s Football star – Roy Krishna, who is a part of the Fiji Football Team line-up for the Pacific Games, will join the team for training camp today.
Krishna who recently announced he had signed a one year deal with Indian Football Club – “ATK”, and who play in the Indian Super League – made his debut for Fiji at the 2007 Pacific Games.

This year’s Pacific Games will somewhat be special for him, as he will lead team Fiji as a ‘flag bearer’, come the opening ceremony of this year’s Pacific Games, next month.

Meanwhile, Fiji Football team coach – Christophe Gamel says, there had been few injuries faced by some of the boys, but he is working his best, to present Fiji’s best performance at next month’s games.

Team Fiji Men’s Football team have been drawn in the ‘pool of death’, and will face a tough battle against New Caledonia, Tahiti and the Solomon Islands.

The team have also been drawn with Tuvalu and American Samoa.
