Former National Athletics rep Joseph Rodan Junior was inducted into the Fiji Sports Hall of Fame.

Junior who won the first gold medal in the Decathlon Event at the age of 17 years has represented the country for 10 years.

Rodan Junior is the current member of Athletics Fiji Executive Board and also been appointed as the section manager for the Athletics Team to the 2019 Pacific Games.

Meanwhile late Quake Raddock was also inducted into the Fiji Sports Hall of Fame.

Raddock represented Fiji in athletics in the event of shot-put and discuss and later became Fiji’s weightlifting champion.

He won gold for Fiji in 1979 and 1983.
