Ministry of Health Officials earlier this morning conducted Medical screening at the Nadi International Airport to ensure our troops were COVID-19 free before they departed our shores for Eygpt.

One hundred and seventy RFMF personnel who will be carrying out peacekeeping duties with the Multinational Force Observers mission were screened by the COVID response team based in Nadi before boarding the Australian Air Force KC30-A tanker aircraft which arrived in the country last night.

Chief-Of-Staff RFMF Captain (Navy) John Fox was present to farewell the troops at the airport.
