Since the recent launch of the E-Transport Top-Up Machine Service, positive responses have been received from bus commuters
This was revealed by Vodafone’s Regional Chief Executive Officer- Pradeep Lal.

He says a total of five top-up machines have been activated in Suva, Nausori, and Nadi bus stations.

About 20,000 top-up transactions have been made within the first six days of the launch.

Lal says they’ve had a few incidents where damaged coins and folded notes were inserted into the machines, jamming the machine tracks and this had to be cleared before the services can resume proper.

He added these machines have been brought in to ensure a faster and reliable service to the people.

A Toll-Free Customer Care Line of 151 has been made available to assist members of the public 24/7 should they have any queries.
