Police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a woman in her 60’s outside the ANZ Bank Namaka Branch in Nadi on Wednesday afternoon.

According to police the woman was allegedly robbed while on her way to the bank with her company’s takings of more than $15,000 in cash and cheques.

The suspect was chased by a security officer and two other men but fled in a grey hybrid car with the registration unknown.

Police say the incident occurred at around 2.45pm.

Police are seeking assistance in identifying the suspect.
