Fiji Roads Authority is advising members of the public that a one-way network will be introduced in the Suva City center from 5am tomorrow-Monday June 10.
These change will help improve traffic flow and address the continual increase in parking demands and the safety needs of the high pedestrian volumes in the capital city.
Roads affected are:
- Goodenough Street: (Full Length) One way westbound from the junction of Gordon Street to the junction with Loftus Road
- Carnarvon Street: One-way northbound from the junction with Loftus Street to the junction with McArthur Street
- Carnarvon Street: One-way southbound from the junction with Loftus Street to the junction with Thurston Street
Kimberly Street and Loftus Street remain unchanged. Motorists are requested to be conscious of these new changes and are requested to follow all road signs.
