To mark the last day of “Pinktober” yesterday, the Office of the Attorney-General held a morning tea to raise awareness on Breast Cancer.
A powerful testimony was presented by Salote Qalo – who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014, and now a Breast Cancer Survivor.
She spoke on the causes of breast cancer and the significance of early detection of breast cancer, in terms of better treatment and survival.
A pledge was also made to contribute to this worthy cause to the “Fiji Cancer Society” – by the Solicitor-General – Sharvada Sharma and his staff.
