The Ministry of Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations is ready to provide a new bench mark in service delivery with the launch of its Call Centre and Customer Service Charter in Suva.

In launching this initiative, Line Minister, Parveen Bala said adherence to quality service is a requirement for all Government entities.

“This new Call Centre has a toll free line, 1535, and is accessible to all Vodafone users and is now open for our customers to enquire about our services or lodge complaints from anywhere in Fiji,” Minister Bala said.

“The Call Centre reflects a cutting-edge approach towards customer care within the Ministry and will provide a suite of services including receiving requests, complaints and enquiries on our services, follow up on complaint requests and any feedback on our performance.”

This centre will be operational initially for 12 hours on working days between 8am to 8pm from Mondays to Fridays.
