Fiji Rugby Union has completed the first round of games in the Skipper Cup competition.

In the first round, many teams changed hands at the top of the table.

The top position changed hands between Nadroga, Namosi, Suva and Naitasiri.

But after the completion of the first round, Nadroga leads the Skipper Cup standings with 25 points.

Skipper Cup holders Suva is just one point behind the Stallions while Naitasiri jumped to third place on the standings after 27-17 win over Yasawa.

Namosi the holders of the Farebrother Sullivan Trophy slipped to fourth on the standings.

Lautoka and Nadi remain 5th and 6th on the points table, while Tailevu and Yasawa are in danger of facing the demotion.

But another seven games are left in round two and anything can happen as the top four will qualify for the semifinals while the bottom two will be relegated.

Round eight of Skipper Cup games will be played in the coming weekend.
