Fiji Airways Flying Fijians Open Side Flanker, Mosese Voka has set his goals for the upcoming Rugby World Cup with hopes to make the starting line up in one of the pool matches.
The Yasawa flyer who has been an integral member of the Fiji Drua team says, is working towards his goal in training and feels is in great shape. He adds this year’s RWC will be the tournament of his life, as he looks forward to making his debut in Japan next month.
Voka is an important member of the Fiji Warriors and Fijian Drua team which helped him to make the Flying Fijians squad for RWC.
Hails from Naibalebale Village on the Island of Viwa in the Yasawas, the 35 year-old made his Test debut for the Flying Fijians in June 2016 against Italy in Suva. But Rugby World Cup is something he always dreamt about- making the Rugby World Cup squad is a dream come true for him.
He says with most of the experienced players around him – there’s lot of learning in training and he has been helped a lot.
Voka will have to fight for his spot in the starting line-up against Semi Kunatani, Viliame Mata, Dominiko Waqaniburotu and Peceli Yato.
