The Land Transport Authority’s Western Enforcement Unit conducted an intensive campaign to educate bus customers on E-Transport system process.
This is in collaboration with other stakeholders from the 23rd of May to 4th of June.
The objective is to ensure 50% of the Bus passengers in the Western Division who use bus service as their primary mode of transport are guided within the 2 weeks Awareness Exercise.
A large contingent of e-Ticketing officers were deployed to various transport hubs and schools in the communities to execute the task formulated by LTA CEO-Samuel Simpson.
There was General awareness in schools and densely populated zones and mobile awareness teams deployed with the assistance of Authority vehicle to post flyers at Bus stations and bays.
