This was highlighted by Minister for Education, Heritage and Arts, Rosy Akbar during the Ratu Kadavulevu School (RKS) Prefect induction.
“Schools breed leadership qualities in you, that badge is an indication of the trust the teachers have for you,” Minister Akbar said.
She said that the badge is the beginning for the students to aim higher and achieve success in their lives.
