A trough of low pressure with associated cloud and rain remains slow moving over the group.

Occasional rain, heavy at times and isolated thunderstorms over Vanua Levu, Yasawa and Mamanuca group, the eastern parts and the interior of Viti Levu, Kadavu, Lomaiviti, Lau and nearby smaller islands.
Elsewhere, cloudy with some showers. Showers increasing to rain, becoming frequent and heavy from later today.
Localised heavy falls may lead to flash flooding of low lying areas. Moderate to fresh east to southeast winds.
