Fiji still not out of the woods yet with the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Ministry for Health and Medical Services is making sure that they are continuing to support the health system response to COVID-19, including the testing of front-line workers.

The Ministry of Health and Medical Services conducted a total of 2,431 COVID-19 tests last month, averaging 33 tests a day.

Dr Waqainabete also revealed that they will continue to test significantly.

Even though the last case was reported in April, people are warned to be vigilant about measures to avoid the spread of germs.

The Ministry of Health and Medical Services will continue to work with other front-line workers to fight this COVID-19 pandemic.
