In the interest of business continuity and emergency preparedness the Fund has recently announced that it has implemented new processes in response to the threat of Coronavirus or COVID-19.
FNPF is thankful that there has been no known reported case in Fiji yet and are grateful to the Government for instituting proactive measures to prepare our nation as we brace for any impact of this pandemic COVID-19.
FNPF feel they have a duty of care for our members and as a responsible institution, we have begun to focus our energy on the welfare of our members.
In the event where a state of emergency is declared by Government, our staff will need to work off-site. To trial the readiness their processes, a simulation test will be carried out on Thursday 19 March 2020, testing the online and offsite processing of our applications.
All members submitting applications for Funeral or Medical must submit via the following link: https://myfnpf.com.fj/withdrawal-online-form
Alternatively you can go to our homepage, www.myfnpf.com.fj and click on the banner “Online Withdrawal” that will take you to the online form.
The purpose of this exercise is to ensure that in any adverse circumstance, the Fund will continue to provide essential operational support. Members are also encouraged to sign up for our Member Online Portal and digital platforms for their FNPF needs. For further enquiries, please email on Information@fnpf.com.fj or call 3307811
The World Health Organisation had identified older adults as one of the high risk groups. Given that this includes our pensioners, we have decided to waive Renewal Certificates due for March and April 2020.
FNPF will continue to pay our pensioners on the presumption of life.
This will minimise any physical visit to our offices by our pensioners and also discourage them from going to public or crowded places. For more information please call 3238 281, 3238 2823, 3238 284 or email Pensions@fnpf.com.fj.
