The Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho and members of the Command Group kicked off the Fiji Police Force’s Required Fitness Level Tests along the Nasese foreshore in Suva this morning.

Despite the early morning drizzle, the senior officers turned up in numbers to attempt the RFL tests

The tests are conducted according to age groups with varying exercises for male and women officers to attempt This also include a two point four kilo meter run from the Maritime School up to the junction of Vuya Road.

Exercises that the officers were tested on included sit-ups, push-ups and chin-ups.
