The Fiji Airways National 7s team have been drawn in a tough pool for the opening leg of the World Rugby Sevens Series in Dubai next month.
Gareth Baber coached side will face Scotland, Kenya and France in pool stages.
Fiji lost in Dubai last season and Baber is expecting another demanding season for his side.
Baber will need a good start to meet their goal in the 2019 campaign to qualify for the Olympic Games in Japan in 2020.
Pool A has defending champions South Africa, Argentina, Samoa and a 16th team likely to be Zimbabwe.
New Zealand, USA, Spain and Wales are in Pool C while Australia, England, Canada and Japan are in Pool D.
The 2018 Dubai Sevens will be played from 29 November to 1st December 2018.
