Fiji is blessed to have environmentalists at such a critical time when the environment and natural resources are under extreme pressure.
Minister for Waterways and Environment, Hon. Dr Mahendra Reddy, while opening the National Environment Council meeting at Holiday Inn in Suva this morning, said, “Due to the state that the world is in, we should be encouraged to do our part in ensuring the sustainability of our environment and its resources for our current and future generations”.
The National Environment Council emphasizes the importance of delivering the broader vision of protecting the environment for both, current and future generations.
