The Fiji Football Association, families and friends are mourning the death of former player, Robert Naga Sanjivi who has passed away at the age of 82.

Naga Sanjivi played for Lautoka and the National football teams in 1960s as a right wing.

He died after a short illness at the Lautoka Hospital.

Naga Sanjivi also represented Fiji at the 1963 South Pacific Games.

He is the grandfather of former Lautoka and National team midfielder, Alvin Avinesh.

Naga Sanjivi’s funeral burial will be at Balawa Lautoka Cemetery on Monday.
