It was an early morning start for the Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho and members of the Command Group as they kicked off their Monday by undergoing the Required Fitness Level Tests along Queen Elizabeth Drive.

RFL Tests are conducted quarterly and officers undergo series of exercises where their fitness levels are determined.

From the 2.4km run to the sit-ups, chin-ups and push-ups – the number of exercises are determined by officer’s age.

As operations continue throughout – the Commissioner of Police continues to emphasize the importance of keeping fit, as Policing is a demanding profession and officers need to be healthy to effectively conduct their work.
