The Customer Service Centres house centralized data system contains the information of all their customers. So if they visit, call or email the Service Centres they should be able to access the information regardless of where the complaint was registered. For example a customer that registers a complaint in Lautoka they will be able to visit, call or email any of the Customer Service Centres to get an update on their case.
The Minister highlighted that that since the opening of the Customer Service Centre in Nadi, customers have commented that the location is more convenient and they do not have to go from one office to another to get information. All the information is contained under one roof.
