Land Transport Authority (LTA) received best customer service award on Chat Live for the month of January 2020 and winner of the year 2019 from the LiveHelpNow customer service agency of United States who is the provider of the Chat Live for LTA.

Each
month, the LiveHelpNow ranks their subscribers for superior customer service
(online chat). These rankings are data-driven based on metrics provided daily
to client dashboards, and measured against the values of customer services. The
achievement reflects the professionalism, skill, concern, and quest to provide
better service that define companies rank among the top 100 in a global field
of more than 10,000 businesses.

It is
a proud moment for the LTA to get the awards in the enhancement of the customer
services delivery.

As
part of our customer services efficiency in all our respective offices the
provision of Chat Live is fundamental to improve customer services in the
digital transformation of LTA.

Chat
Live runs through LTA website platform being operational from Mondays to
Fridays as per normal LTA business hours collaborating with customer care
services within LTA offices in providing better and efficient customer care
support.
