Climate Change, Protection of the environment, and domestic violence against women and children will be some of the issues discussed during the Synod Conference for the Catholic Church that will be held in June.
This was confirmed by the Head of the Catholic Church-Archbishop Peter Loy Chong.
He says as a build up to the actual conference the issues discussed and papers presented is a plan for the church to take on for the next 5 years.
The Archbishop has also confirmed that this years Lenten Project for the Church will be to build a Shelter for women and girls who have gone through domestic violence.
