The Auditor-General-Ajay Nand was invited to attend the 15th Biennial Australasian Council of Public Accounts Committees Conference in the Australian Parliament House in Canberra, Australia this week.

The ACPAP provides a unique forum for the exchange of information and opinions relating to Public Accounts Committees, providing them with the opportunity to share experiences, best practice and matters of mutual interest.

The aim of the meeting was to improve the quality and performance of Public Accounts Committees, particularly in the Australasia region.
Members of the Parliament Standing Committee for Public Accounts were also invited to be part of the Conference as well.
