Attorney-General and Minister for Education, Heritage and Arts, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum today officiated at the groundbreaking ceremony of a new building block at the Nasinu Sangam School.

The new building block will cater for 16 classrooms and a hall and comes at a cost of $2 million.

“Most of the schools have been started by various community & faith-based organisation and if not for them, Government would’ve struggled right from independence time to cater for our students,” the A-G said.

The school has a total roll of 967, of which 110 are early childhood students.
