Starting from 2nd June 2020 and as a precursor to the main Congress, the event will commence with a preday Capital Market Development Summit where topics such as capital markets integration and sustainable development initiatives would be discussed.

The following two days will feature the main Congress with many international as well as local speakers and panellists with the discussion topics focused on; new technology and innovation, building new customers and new revenue streams, business evolution and introduction of new products, regional collaboration, cyber security, big data and block-chain technology, gender diversity and partnership with small and medium sized enterprises.

Commenting on the Bronze Sponsorship signing, SPX CEO, Krishika Narayan said that “Fiji being offered the opportunity to host this high profiled event reiterates the fact that we are well placed in the pathway to gain greater international acceptance and SPX being the host for the 2020 Congress is certainly a chance for Fiji to showcase the dynamic business environment we operate in including the presence of many well established industries, key financial institutions and international agencies offering a compelling trade and
investment proposition.”

Narayan concluded by acknowledging Asco Motors for their kind gesture in terms of sponsorship and simultaneously encouraged other corporates including key capital market stakeholders to offer their support to the SPX as the event is expected to provide many profound benefits to these organisations in helping them to innovate and progress through collaboration including generation of new business leads.
