The Attorney-General Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, held a virtual meeting with the Chairman and President of the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), Mr. Ban Ki-moon, to discuss matters of green growth and sustainable recovery post #COVID19.
The meeting with the former United Nations Secretary-General is in preparation of the GGGI General Assembly scheduled for later next week.
The meeting was also attended by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Economy Mrs Makereta Konrote, Global Green Growth Institute Pacific Office country representative from #Fiji, Kiribati, Tonga and Vanuatu, Mr Daniel Munos Smith, and Pacific Policy Advisor, Ms Katerina Syngellakis.
