The Ministry for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations has launched its five-year development plan for 2018-2022 and Operational Plan 2018-2019.
Officiating at its launch, Jone Usamate stressed the need to keep in mind that an effective plan requires risk management and strategies to properly manage future events.
In order to move forward, the labor market will need to be on par with the fast changing global market.
Usamate hopes that both plans would become the platform for effective sustainable planning not only for planning but for execution and for improvements.
The ministry’s five-year strategic plan incorporates their strategic areas of intervention whilst maximizing the benefits from the global labor market dynamics.
